'Tere Bin Laden: Dead or Alive' promises to be Bollywood's hilarious take on the Osama bin Laden chase

The 2010 film Tere Bin Laden was a satirical film about a Pakistani reporter trying to migrate to the US by shooting fake tapes with a Osama bin Laden look-alike. The newly-released trailer of its sequel Tere Bin Laden: Dead or Alive promises to be just as hilarious as its predecessor.
Taking a leaf out of conspiracy theories, it begins with the premise that bin Laden's death was a hoax. After spotting the bin Laden look-alike in a local film, an undercover agent working for US President Barack Obama heads to Pakistan to kill him and take his body as proof of bin Laden's death.
Meanwhile, a local group of suicide bombers wants to use the doppelganger to send a message to the world that bin Laden is still alive. Real-life Obama mimic Iman Crosson, also known as Alphacat, plays the American president in the film, along with Indian actors Manish Paul, Sikander Kher and Piyush Mishra.
The trailer looks all set to repeat the critical and commercial success of the original.
