Donald Trump to Air First TV Ad on Monday (Report)
"He’ll quickly cut the head off ISIS and take their oil. And he’ll stop illegal immigration by building a wall on our southern border that Mexico will pay for,” a narrator reportedly says in the campaign spot.
Donald Trump will launch his first television ad on Monday and it includes an "explosive montage" of the San Bernardino attack suspects, Islamic State militants and figures racing across the U.S.-Mexico border, The Washington Post reported on Sunday night. The Washington Post, which has seen the spot, says the GOP presidential candidate's ad begins with a shot of President Barack Obama and Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, followed by a U.S. battleship launching a cruise-missile strike, before launching into the montage.
A narrator says: "That’s why he’s calling for a temporary shutdown of Muslims entering the United States, until we can figure out what’s going on. He’ll quickly cut the head off ISIS and take their oil. And he’ll stop illegal immigration by building a wall on our southern border that Mexico will pay for.”
The ad then closes with footage from Trump at a rally, saying, "We will make America great again!"
