WATCH VIDEO: The Moto X Force puts EVERY other smartphones to SHAME - and this is why
MOTOROLA claims its new smartphone –
the Moto X Force – has an indestructible display, so naturally we did
our very best to crack it.
If your smartphone has a cracked display, you should probably think about upgrading to a Moto X Force.
It
seems like smartphone manufacturers have mastered every other display
innovation – Quad HD resolution, glasses-free 3D or pressure sensitive
displays – expect how to stop it shattering into pieces when you miss
your pocket.
The Moto X Force hopes to solve that issue thanks to its ShatterShield display design.
Motorola told Express.co.uk that its floor-resistant screen is guaranteed to survive a slip through your fingers, or drop from the kitchen table.
Moto ShatterShield is built from five separate layers designed to absorb the shock of the fall.
A coated protective lens sits on the outside of the five sandwiched layers, followed by a uncrackable interior lens.
Next
Motorola has included a dual-touch layer, which includes a backup
multi-touch screen which can take over and register your fingerprints
should the primary touch-sensitive layer smash in a fall.
Finally, the Moto ShatterShield technology includes an AMOLED display and a solid aluminium chassis for strength.
